I used someones round shape, cut it so it's flat and added the dimensions I needed and the groove to lock the end in place. I did a test fit at 10% infill and it fit great with the 5mm allen. I would suggest either check the dimensions or print a sample like I did to test fit. I am only using this as Temp during summer to replace the wind guards.
