I'm pleased to introduce a premium bar end shifter, engineered specifically for bicycles equipped with TT aero bars, drop bars, bullhorn bars and more. This innovative design surpasses its predecessor in every way. For assembly, you'll need the following components: First, print two spacers. Next, acquire the necessary hardware: One M5 allen head screw, at least 35mm long, will secure the shifter inside the handlebar when tightened. Another M5 allen head screw, measuring 25mm in length, will fine-tune the shifter's friction. Two M3 allen head screws, each 25mm long, are required for additional support. You'll also need two M5 nuts and two M3 nuts to complete the assembly. To ensure smooth shifting performance, especially in wet conditions, include a 3/4" (19mm) fibre washer. Additionally, a rubber o-ring with a diameter of 15mm will help keep the spacers securely together.
