Some Honda ATV's use a plastic bushing through the end of the grip and an M6 bolt on the end of the bar . There is a threaded version with modeled internal threads, and a version intended to be tapped to M6-1.0. With a M6-75 to 80mm pan head screw, this replaces the original bar end bushing and screw. Allows you to attach a bar end mirror (will upload a mirror housing soon) or other accessory requiring a 1" Ram style ball. Not very protected, so a good place for a 3D printed mirror you don't care if you break. The last 20mm or so of the hole at the end of the shank has either modeled threads, or is sized to be tapped to M6 (so a standard length tap should work). Tightening the screw into the tapped threads, then installing it in the bar will help keep the ball from being able to rotate. I printed ball up, with support, and I'd suggest at least 3mm wall thickness (due to threads needing to be tapped). To install, I snugged the screw into the printed part, then to tighten onto the bar I used a screwdriver and also turned the printed part at the same time to avoid putting torque on the part and possibly shearing it along layers. Use at your own risk.
