Baofeng UV5R mic button adapter
thingiverse
I'd installed a mic mount in my Jeep to get more range from using a UV5R as a ham radio instead of the cheesy CB radio I had (I'm licensed). The interior vehicle antenna isn't great, but it works better than the CB's whip antenna. This replacement is designed to be printed upside down and attaches to the UV5R without wobbling when placed in the pictured mic clip. I use a Baofeng battery eliminator that plugs into my Jeep's cigarette lighter. My mount can be found here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ZYJKR49/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I have a 2013 Jeep JKU, which is in the pictures. I wish you luck with your radios and remind you to stay legal; federal agents and hams will report illegal use, which can result in hefty fines at the least.
