I loved the Baofeng UV-5RA Mount by turbo2ltr, but I wanted to be able to use it with a RAM mount, so I stretched and modified it to fit the RAM Mount Compatible Diamond Base by bobbythebrain. It printed very well in ABS without any supports, and turned out to be plenty solid with only 10% infill. Update: Since they seem to be the same case, I figured that this would work for the BTech UV-5X3 as well, but with mine, the top edge was just a little too thick to let the belt clip snap into place. Filing it down just a bit worked; if you have the same problem with either radio, I'll modify the model for you.
