I reverse-engineered the original Baofeng UV-5R battery latch since mine broke. The new one holds firmly in place and doesn't snap easily. To make this latch, you'll need support material, so plan accordingly. Print at your printer's highest resolution - I've printed up to 0.1mm layer height with success.
