I'm holding a box that holds a check stamp, specifically designed for deposit only to. It's paired with an ATM card inside. Print Settings are up next: Printer - PowerSpec Ultra 3D, Rafts - Yes, Supports - No. Notes on the design: I use rafts because they provide good adhesion to the build platform, although you might not need them at all. Filament used is iXCC Basics, with a nozzle temperature of 200 and a build platform temp of 60. Post-printing steps are crucial: The top and bottom parts fit together tightly by design, but it's normal for them to come apart when removed from the printer. To achieve the desired tightness, I sanded the overlapping areas on both the top and bottom parts. Top (inverted) view reveals the details, while the Bottom, showing a separate space for the ATM card, provides a clear understanding of the design's functionality. This model was designed using 123Design software and sliced with Simplify3D.
