Bank Bag Perforation Tool

I manage a retail store where we purchased a significant quantity of bank bags for our daily cash deposits. Our bookkeeper complained that these new bags weren't as good as the previous ones, citing their inability to tear open after being sealed with glue. The current bags lacked a perforated area, making it difficult to access the contents. I proposed using scissors, but my suggestion fell on deaf ears. As the person responsible for signing paychecks, I couldn't argue with her decision. To resolve this issue, I created a simple tool that allows us to easily open the bank bags. After obtaining everyone's approval, our bookkeeper signed the paycheck, and everyone left happy. This DIY solution requires some 1-inch or 1.25-inch #10-24 bolts and nuts. To prevent them from coming loose, I superglued the nuts in place.
