Banjo bracket for Snark tuner (modded for less space btw L shoe and hook)
thingiverse
This was designed using Tinkercad and can be modified online at www.tinkercad.com/things/ecwYBQJXTo0. Note: This is my second "modded" version of this bracket, engineered for banjos with a narrower left-side shoe to tension hook distance. To access the normal model suitable for most banjos, visit www.thingiverse.com/thing:1119905). If you're a skilled banjoist using a Snark instrument tuner clipped to your peghead, consider trying this adaptation instead. A 1.5-inch bracket attaches to two of your banjo's tension hooks, placing the tuner directly in front of you. This removes the need for excessive neck twisting, providing an enhanced visual experience and a sleeker appearance (unless you appreciate displaying a block of modern hardware on top of your prized acoustic instrument). To highlight its features, I colored it red; however, you may wish to alter the hue to a darker shade for improved discretion. Recommended printing settings include: * High-quality printing with maximum detail * Two layers * 100% linear infill * A raft for stability and preventing small components from drifting while printing * No support structures
