Bandit Paddle Tires

I wanted to print some paddle tires for my Traxxas Bandit, but I couldn't find anything that I liked. So I made my own. There are 4 files included. Inner Paddle Tire Outer Paddle Tire One Piece Paddle Tire One Piece Paddle Tire Rib Simply mirror the parts in your slicer to get the left and right wheels. The inner and outer paddle tire files split the wheel in half for printing with minimal supports. The only supports you might need are for the wheel hex in the "Outer Paddle Tire" file. You can print them without supports, but you will have to clean up the hex, so you might as well use a small support. There are holes in the halves so you can screw them together with some 3 x 12mm screws. I recommend using coarse thread countersink screws. You may also need to drill the holes to fit. These parts have a small rib to hold the center of the paddle together. I would not recommend removing this because it will cause that part of the paddle to fail very quickly. The one piece files may need supports. I have not printed these yet so I don't know if you can do it without them. The "One Piece Paddle Tire Rib" simply has a support rib in the center similar to the two piece version, but may not be essential for durability, and that's why there is a version without the rib. These wheels are a little heavier than the stock wheels, so you may want to adjust your gearing. I would not recommend using high speed gears either. I have not tested them in sand, but have driven a little in snow and they were fine. I also did a torture test and drove them on a gravel driveway and the paddles did chip pretty badly, so probably not a good idea to do that too much. I did not design them for the stock pin drive. You should convert to wheel hexes anyway. If anyone really wants a pin drive, I may change them, but I don't think they will work as well.
