Band saw angle guides
thingiverse
One of my other hobbies is crafting pens, and for some pen blanks I need to precisely cut angles into them. I've got a band saw which is quite a standard one available under several brand names, which has a thick guide bar - approximately 50mm x 25mm, so I have made these guides at 45°, 30° and 60° that sit on the bar and smoothly slide along, allowing very accurate cuts. The skeletal style reduces filament usage and is actually quite rigid when printed densely, with the angled corners allowing for a little less bridging - my Ender 3 has no problems crossing the gap.
