BananaPi / RasPi + MOSFET mount adapter

Two adapter plates are utilized: one for the BananaPi M1 and one for the Raspberry Pi in a raised position. Initially, I employed a BananaPi with my printer, but then switched to a Raspberry Pi v3 due to the camera, thus necessitating the two adapter plates. The additional RPi part was created in order to elevate the mount position (there wasn't enough room to plug in the USB cable along with my self-made GPIO plug) and to add a second MOSFET mounting plate. I could have modified the original part, but as I had previously printed this for the BananPi and it worked quite well, I only desired to add my modification for the RPi as an optional component.
