I'm a casual weekend cyclist, but a seasoned cycling buddy of mine confided that she packs bananas on her long rides, yet it's always a hassle to carry them. Taped to the frame was a real nuisance to remove 'on the go' and stuffed into rear pouches often got crushed during the ride – so I'm told. As an aside, in my downtime as a product designer, I came up with this zany idea. Just download the 3D file, print it out, secure it to standard bike mounts, and you're good to go! Water and banana within arm's reach! This gadget is designed specifically for small bananas (we want to keep ride weight down) so that they don't weigh us down. Print at a resolution of 0.2 or finer with high infill – this thing needs to be sturdy (still in beta testing). No supports or raft needed, but this will test your slicer and filament cooling fans. Disclaimer: This is the first prototype and hasn't been extensively road tested. Please don't use it in situations where an unsecured banana could cause injury! Have fun!
