I design my project from scratch in FreeCAD for the Banana Pi R1 router case with a 20x4 LCD screen (optionally paired with a 50mm fan). I'm running OpenWRT OS alongside lcdproc, which powers the display. The fastener used is an M3 nut with a length of 5.2 millimeters.
