Well, this has to be one of the most outrageous things I've ever been asked to tackle... A first attempt at crafting a Chapter badge for the Banana Knights by BigMrTong here on Thingiverse, whose remarkable work you can discover here: https://www.thingiverse.com/BigMrTong/about The ideal way to achieve a visible banana that wasn't just a simple flat shape was to emboss the outline, thereby capturing more detail; if a flat shape would look better, it won't take much to add a second pad for users to print their own creations. Designed with resin prints in mind, but should also work well with FDM. FDM results will likely be best when the pad is positioned 'flat' on the bed rather than upright as it naturally orients itself, but feel free to experiment and see how it looks.
