Print it as shown in the picture, it is necessary to make sure that the hook is strong enough.Increase the thickness of the top and bottom layers so that the hook itself is one solid piece.For the original size it should be 1.5mm top and bottom.  The base dimensions are 44x27mm. I used 3x25mm TX 10 screws, maybe you can use some heavy duty double-sided tape for the “no holes” model.
