Bambu Labs P1S - Mount for the Arducam IMX708/Raspberry Pi Camera
prusaprinters
This is a mount that's designed to house an IMX708/Raspberry Pi camera inside a Bambu Labs P1S 3d printer. I measured it all up with the IMX708m but it should also work with the stock RasPi camera module. Once you've got the video set up on the Pi you can monitor it in Home Assistant or whatever you want. The mount is designed to friction fit into the top rail of the printer just beneath the glass top panel. there is a channel on the bottom of the mount that slots along a ridge (I'll attach a picture for reference). Once in place the camera is out of the way of the print head and you'll have a nice top down view of the prints, hopefully at a much higher quality than the stock camera. In my setup I've run the ribbon cable underneath the glass panel to a Raspberry Pi mounted to the side of the printer - but let your imagination run wild. Probably best to print out of PETG so it can withstand the temps inside the case.
