The nozzle brush of the bambu x1 series is very difficult to use. I saw someone replace it with an A1 silicone nozzle brush. But I could only buy the A1 mini, so I designed a mounting bracket for the A1 mini silicone rubber nozzle brush. Installation requires two 2.5mm screws, and the brush mounting hole of the A1 mini needs to be enlarged to 2.5mm or larger. Install the printing bracket first, and then install the A1mini brush. I left a 2.5mm hole in the side. You can drill a countersunk hole on the side of the waste slide and install a countersunk screw for leveling and reinforcing the brush (note that the countersunk hole must be drilled to prevent the screw head from contacting the hot bed platform). However, I did not punch any holes, and although the brush is a bit slanted, it does not affect its use. I use PETG printing, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 15% infill. No support is required for printing.
