Bambu Lab Hot End Nozzle
thingiverse
I have always thought that the Bambu Lab Hot Ends are quite a nice design. I decided to try modelling one to work on my skills in F360, and thus this model was created. I measured and modelled a 0.6 hardened steel hot end as near as I could, with a few compromises done to assist in making it printable. Attached are step and stl versions of all the different parts. Everything is modelled at nominal, so the fitment of the pieces together are up to you to do in your slicer. Reductions of outer contours of 0.1mm worked fairly reliably for me, but it will depend on a million things... I printed a version at 800% and it is awesome! I have one at closer to 500% and the lettering got a bit small (mostly because I was too lazy to swap in my 0.4 nozzle just for a few letters). This was printed without an AMS unit - can't speak to how this would work using an AMS, as I do not have one. Also included is a hanger that slots into the rear channel for the wiring. Makes for a nice wall display.
