Basically just a wooden PLA, U shaped trellis I made to resemble a curved piece of bamboo.   Scales up or down easily and doesnt need a lot of infill but id recommend at least 15% to be safe in case you have the urge to flex it like I did lol. Amolen Wood PLA 190 hotend65 bed.2mm (.4nozzle)15% infillSupports: maybe, i had mixed results but i dont think theyre necessary over all if your printer is tuned well.
