Bamboo Skewer Kitchen Knife Block

<p>This is a knife block that holds kitchen knives. It allows you to position each knife in whatever orientation you would like and does not limit you to specific slots like the typical knife holders do. This model is pretty long to print and needs quite a bit of filament however, it does not need any supports. You will need 15cm bamboo skewers that are 2.5mm in diameter for this project. I found that 2250 bamboo skewers was enough for everything to be tight, but you might need less. If you were to print this, it is important to keep in mind that you do not want to put wet knives into this block, the knives have to be dry.&nbsp;</p><p>UPDATE: If you do not like the fact that the bamboo sticks come out when you take out your kitchen knives, I found that self-hardening clay worked really well, just put a small layer on the bottom and push the sticks against it.</p><p>Happy Printing :)</p>
