The device is designed specifically for determining the rigidity of balsa rods employed in indoor model aircraft. To create the calibration point, I trimmed a standard Post-It note's adhesive strip and marked it with precise measurements. In addition, a 12- to 15-millimeter M3 bolt will be necessary to secure the clamp firmly in place.
