Just print and use CA glue along with a few M3x12 screws for assembling your car. Take four of five millimeter washers to create some space between each wheel and the left or right side of the body. Screw them together, but don't overdo it – you want the wheels to turn smoothly without any issues. Next, blow through the exhaust pipe with a balloon and let it roll.
