The device consists of a simple setup that encircles your scrotum, causing your testicles to sag lower than usual. Inside this structure is a 45 mm diameter space. Additionally, there's a smaller insert that narrows down the bottom portion to 40 mm in diameter. You can adjust the bolts by hand until they fit snugly into place. Once you've done so and removed them a few times, they slide in effortlessly. These bolts are capable of withstanding significant tension. I tested it out and found it works effectively. This device was printed using 90% infill density and support for the overhanging sections.
