Balls spinner

I created this gadget because I had one ball bearing (608-RS) and plenty of small balls (15.4mm diameter, feel free to swap them out). It's a more affordable option than your standard spinner that relies on four ball bearings. Now, I'm attempting to upgrade it with steel balls. If you're able to help me out, please let me know!
