balls protector
thingiverse
This is a balls protector. Use at own risk! Don't scale it up, because you want it tight. Print the ring in TPU, its aperture equals a ring of 34mm diameter and the inner circumfence equals a ring of almost 40 mm diameter. Since it is flexible, you will be able to bend it in a round shape and push the balls through. Once installed adjust everything and then push the sideparts with the connecting-pins upon the ring. Use lube and a piece of cardboard to push excess skin inside. Print the connecting-pins with 100% infill because you don't want them to break accidently. Use a cabletie or silicone-ring to secure the parts, don't use glue. Print the parts in the provided orientation, only the sideparts need support from buildplate.
