Balls For RC Cars easy to print version
thingiverse
I made this remix of the original balls by Thather1 for a smoother printing process. I simply trimmed about one-fifth of the balls, which now has a flat side, making it easier to print without support material. Since one side of the balls will be facing towards the rear of the truck, it remains invisible. And I extended the attachment point with a spherical shape so that with a heat gun or a brief touch of flame, you can fit a 6mm to 6.5mm ball end in for an easier attachment to the car. I also added a file containing some adapters: A 40x20mm flat panel with a 3mm hole in the middle. A 30x20x15mm wide U-shaped adapter with a 3mm hole in the middle. A 20x20x8mm U-shaped adapter with a 3mm hole in the middle. This one is designed to fit into the rear bumper of the 1/10 scale Traxxas Summit, Revo, or E-Revo. You can print the adapters using your preferred settings, but I suggest 100% infill. Simply drill holes through the adapters to attach them to your truck.
