Ballpoint pen

This is a basic ballpoint pen with a twist-off cap. There are two versions available: one for standard G2 111mm ink cartridges and a compact version that uses 89 mm cartridges. I haven't tested the 89mm version, so let me know if it works. I suggest printing the parts upright to avoid supports and using a small layer height to preserve the thread in the plug and body components.
