Balloon Turbine Truck

I built the entire truck body from scratch, incorporating some modified components I found elsewhere. Unfortunately, it doesn't function as expected due to excessive friction and weight issues, which could be alleviated with finer tuning of the parts. The small nails currently holding the wheels in place are a makeshift solution.
