To create balloon animals like Dogs, Cats, and Giraffes without a special pump, simply attach this component to your regular bike pump. After ensuring the conical part is smooth by sanding circumferentially, screw or insert it into the pump. Place a balloon on the adapter, stretching it slightly beyond its limit, then inflate (don't overfill to prevent popping).
