As a self-proclaimed "professional balloon powered single cylinder air engine racing champion," I offer this hint to all aspiring racers: give your old balloons to your competitors and use brand new ones. But please keep this advice confidential. To build the vehicle, you'll need to purchase four AS568 #219 o-rings (1 5/16" ID, 1 9/16" OD, 1/8" section) for the tires and at least one punch balloon.
