Balloon power car

My kid got several of those toy cars from Wendy's kids meals, so I decided to build a balloon car on a simple platform. I created an attachment for the car using Tinkercad, which allows a square figure to ride on top. Later, I also made a Lego version that can be attached and will share it once we've tested it out.
