The balloon insufflator is designed for use with standard latex balloons in high-altitude ballooning. Compatible with 1600g balloons, this design can be customized to fit other sizes thanks to its adjustable SW model. It's created using a Makerbot 2X printer with ABS material on low settings, featuring 10% infill and two shells without a raft. The insufflator is equipped with a typical hose mount that screws directly into the plastic.
