Balloon Car (Lego Racer Light)

I printed out my homemade balloon racer, and I couldn't wait to see it zip across the floor. Unfortunately, my first attempt was plagued by a few major issues that kept me from getting anywhere. My balloon racer weighed way too much and wasn't sealed properly, which made it hard for air to get in or out. But after applying some rubber cement, I managed to get it moving - 3 whole inches of movement, to be exact!
