This is an amphibious vessel, designed to traverse water with the aid of buoyant balloons. To operate, attach a helium-filled balloon to a makeshift propulsion system near the chimney, then blow into the exhaust pipe to inflate it. Next, position the boat on top of the water and release the air valve, allowing the balloons to lift the craft above the surface.
