These are ballistic trajectory rod center guides used to keep ballistic rods centered in the bullet hole. These are designed to fit standard 7mm diameter trajectory rods that come in the standard kits. Long Cone = 55mm height Short Cone = 25mm height Use a 6-7mm O-ring behind the spacer to hold the guides in place on the rod.
