Ballistic experiment for home and school
thingiverse
We can accurately calculate the trajectory of a projectile launched at a specific speed and angle. But where's the excitement in that? Let's conduct a real-life ballistic experiment on our desktop instead! To do this, we'll need three key components: a launch tube that can be adjusted to any desired angle, a projectile, and a power source. In this project, we're using two standard 5mm ballpoint springs as our projectiles. By changing the launch angle and measuring the resulting distance, we can find the answer to a central question: at what angle does the maximum distance occur?
