Ballerina Tabbed Binder Divider
thingiverse
I had some test rectangles that were super flexible and thin, perfect for experimenting with. I decided to use a 3 hole binder punch on them and to my surprise, it worked beautifully. This got me thinking - I could make my own custom binder dividers at home. Before I finished making mine, I came up with this awesome design for my daughter's school binder. The final one I made was just a hair too thick for the 3 hole punch, so you might want to tweak your Z axis setting a bit or try using a single hole punch instead - it releases a lot easier. One thing to note is that there are no holes for the binder rings, which means this design can be customized to fit any binder you like. I hope you like it!
