My motto is to show, not tell. I've developed this ball screw as a teaching tool for my Mechanical and Design engineering students. The files can be printed on a Zortrax M200 printer using the following settings: * Screw: 4.37 meters of Z-ABS filament, weighing 10 grams, with layers 0.09 mm thick and high infill density, taking approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes to print. * Nut (three parts simultaneously): 10.01 meters of Z-ABS filament, weighing 24 grams, with layers 0.09 mm thick and medium infill density, taking approximately 5 hours and 25 minutes to print. To assemble the ball screw, you'll need: * 46 stainless steel balls, each 6mm in diameter * Two assembly pins, each 4mm in diameter and at least 8mm long You'll also need two types of screws: two M4-15 screws and two M4-10 screws. The files are designed to be printed on a Zortrax M200 printer.
