ball rod tapered washer

This is a washer for the pop-up sink plug in bathroom. It fits next to the ball in the ball rod assembly which makes the pop-up sink stopper go up and down. This helps preventing water coming through the assembly. My pop-up sink stopper wasn't working as well I would have liked. I tried fixing it and probably broke the original tapered washer by over tightening the connection. My first attempt was to print a similar washer. I must have not made it quite to specifications as the original as it was a bit too loose fitting. I made another washer to surround the other side of the ball. Now the ball has two washers surrounding it on both side; whereas the original design only had the washer on one side. I have no idea whether this will work in the long run, but it is working for now. The washers surround a 16mm ball. I created a smaller 17mm diameter washer and a larger 18mm diameter that fit into the connection for the ball rod assembly in the sink drain.
