Creating your own custom ball rod ends can be a lifesaver when you're on a mission to finish a project, and can't find one that meets your specific needs. In this case, I was in need of a ball rod end but couldn't locate one with the exact features I required. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and create my own custom solution. To start, I designed the ball rod end with a domed end on the rod hole, eliminating the need for any additional support structures. This design choice also ensured that the rod would be securely seated in place, without the risk of it coming loose over time. The rod hole itself is cleverly positioned at half the diameter of the sphere, providing an optimal balance between strength and flexibility. With this custom ball rod end in hand, I was able to complete my project with confidence, knowing that every component was precisely engineered to meet my needs.
