The pen components are printed within a thirty-minute timeframe. All four parts are consolidated into one STL file, along with each individual part's STL file and a handle for a 1.5mm Allen wrench. Two clips are included: one plain and the other bearing the text "MORMON PEN," a testament to my Mormon faith as reflected in my Temple models. I utilize PLA to print these components under the following settings: * Nozzle diameter: 0.40 mm * Layer height: 0.25 mm * Print speed: 60 mm/sec * Support and raft are omitted A built-in support is removed using a chisel. Additional Components: * 0.024" (0.57mm) in diameter welding wire for crafting springs with ten turns and a 3mm inner diameter. * A 3mm x 6mm set screw. * TecUnite 2.75" pen refills available on Amazon. * 3400 mm of 1.75 filament. The total expenditure for each pen is approximately $0.70. Tools: * Allen wrench with a 1.5mm head. * A 3mm steel rod for crafting springs. * Wire cutters. * A hammer. * A chisel. * Tweezers. * Sandpaper. * A drill motor equipped with a 2.5mm drill bit, over 70 mm in length. As of now, I have successfully created sixty pens and have forty more in various stages of production. These pens are primarily gifts for children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and church members.
