Ball Mount Swivel Action Cam Mount

Here is an action cam mount system similar to the well-known RAM brand. All the parts were printed in PETG and appear sturdy enough for the application. You can give things a good squeeze with the 1/4" stainless bolts and those oversized wingnuts. BTW, you will need a standard GR2-5-8 1/4-20NCx1-3/4 and a nut to complete the ball clamp. I have included a longer 4" baton and stub baton making for two quite different rigs with almost the same part set. Take a look at the pics to see the difference. I am using the stumpy version on the bike to hold a 360 action cam there, while the longer version is in the car and making up the third leg of a rigid mount tripod. I am also working on several components related to this mounting system. If there's some interest, I will release a design to make batons of various/any length using PVC pipe from Home Depot and a 25mm ball pineapple. With these, people can create their own "rigid" tripod mounts similar to the one you can see in the images. I hope everyone enjoys!
