I've observed that the preview display can sometimes inaccurately rotate the model by 90 degrees; thus, I recommend taking this into consideration during your print job. To mitigate issues associated with sticking first support layers due to limitations in the Makerbot Desktop application, I employed raft technology, thereby facilitating smooth printing and successful structural integrity.
