Here is a model of sliders I did for my pads. I used PETG and they work fine, they might work with PLA but I haven't tried it. I played on different surfaces and they worked great every time. All you have to do is print them and use heavy duty double side Velcro. I tried two different kinds of Velcro. The VELCRO brand is more efficient than the M3 brand I tried. For the M3 brand I added some spots of Super Glue between the layers , they are holding but still removable but I really suggest going with the Heavy Duty VELCRO brand since you won't need glue at all.
