This is a Lego Mindstorms compatible ball that prints in two pieces with a sturdy cylinder joint. Assemble the parts together seamlessly using ABS glue or a similar adhesive. If necessary, make adjustments to ensure perfect tolerances or create a custom size. Printing at 0.20mm in PLA has yielded excellent results, and superglue works exceptionally well for gluing the pieces together.
