To fix the issue of pull-chain beads getting caught in the light/fan's globe mount, I created custom guides designed for a 7.75mm diameter and 3mm thickness opening. The internal diameter is 5mm. Print these guides at 0.1mm layer height with 100% fill, then simply snap them into place to resolve the problem.
