ball cap hat fan gen1

This hat was inspired by 3DModularSystems' "Cap Fan Cooler for Summer V1". I liked their idea, but thought it was rather bulky. I took a cooling printer fan similar to theirs and then scaled and rerouted a cooling fan duct from Lokster's design. It fits snugly around the bill of the hat and the fan duct blows more on the forehead instead of across the face. I intend to make changes and find a way to mount and hold a power source, currently using a battery pack with a spliced charger cable.
