This is a flanged ball bearing holder for UBC6000Z (10mm inner ring, 26mm outer diameter and 8mm thickness; available at http://www.dealextreme.com/p/ubc-6000-2z-precision-steel-bearing-inner-ring-1cm-21666) that also accommodates three M3 socket cap screw housings (for securing the bearing and holder). To ensure a snug fit, lightly sand the part to remove excess material caused by printing inaccuracies or overheating. Additionally, be sure to drill relief holes for the M3 socket head cap screws to facilitate easy assembly. For the bearing side fastening on one end, tapping/threading is required for an M3 bolt (or a nut can be inserted through the hole if you prefer). Optimal M3 bolt length: 25mm (http://www.mcmaster.com/#socket-head-cap-screws); however, a longer 30mm bolt may be necessary if using a nut (http://www.mcmaster.com/#hex-nuts). For best results, print with a stepstruder MK6 on a MakerBot ThingOMatic; otherwise, adjustments to oozebane the profile will be needed.
