This modification of LoboCNC's linear slide bearing for 2020 extrusion rail allows using 603 bearings. Using 603 bearings also enables selecting POM nylon glass ball bearings, eliminating the need for lubricant and preventing issues with steel bearings cutting into and pitting Aluminum extrusions over time. This design has not been proven yet; feedback is welcome. If you choose to use POM nylon glass bearings, ensure you set the tension screw lightly on each side to avoid overloading the bearings, a caution also applicable to any bearings of this small size.
